Marrakech Food Tanjia

  Tangia, tanjia or tandjia, is a usual dish of Moroccan delicacies from the metropolis of Marrakech. This dish is more often than not prepared by using men.


  It is a dish of meat cooked in a pot of earth (called tangia), in the course of seven hours, in the embers of the oven with wooden of a usual hammam
